Marketing Manager

About the role

HODLife is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead the execution of its marketing, content, branding and communications initiatives. The role will drive campaigns across digital, social, website and corporate channels while supporting business development and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns and content calendars aligned with business priorities.
• Create and edit high‑quality content for websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, presentations, press releases and other materials.
• Manage social media channels, including content planning, copywriting, visual creation, publishing, engagement and performance monitoring.
• Produce basic graphics, photographs, short‑form videos and digital assets using design tools.
• Maintain website content and support digital marketing platforms and channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and oversee external vendors such as agencies, designers and printers.
• Coordinate marketing timelines, priorities and budgets across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with product, business development, legal, compliance and management teams to ensure accurate and approved marketing collateral.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, content or brand management.
• Proven ability to work in a small, fast‑growing organization handling multiple marketing functions.
• Hands‑on experience creating and executing content rather than only managing agencies.
• Experience managing corporate social media channels and digital content.
• Portfolio demonstrating writing, design, social media and marketing work.
