Marketing Officer (Beauty & Fashion) – Open to Fresh Graduates

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to drive our beauty and fashion initiatives across social and digital channels. The role is suitable for recent graduates and early‑career marketers who are passionate about trends and data‑driven creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Create and curate content for Instagram, Threads and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end promotional campaigns, from concept through post‑campaign analysis.
• Develop loyalty and engagement programmes that encourage repeat purchases.
• Track and report performance metrics such as GMV, conversion rates and customer engagement, using insights to improve future initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, design, BI and IT teams to ensure timely, on‑brief delivery aligned with commercial goals.
• Monitor beauty and fashion trends, platform activity and competitor movements to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or e‑commerce; experience in beauty, fashion or a relevant startup is a plus, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong interest in beauty and fashion trends.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.
• Team player who can also take initiative and own outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools.
