Networking Account Manager

About the role

The Networking Account Manager will act as the single point of contact for large, named accounts, helping customers across the edge‑to‑cloud spectrum to solve business and IT challenges. This hybrid position requires an average of two days per week in an HPE office and offers the opportunity to drive revenue, margin and customer loyalty while expanding HPE’s footprint in computers, servers, storage, services and printers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall account strategy for assigned territories, developing and executing account plans.
• Identify growth opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual quota targets.
• Collaborate with presales, inside‑sales and external partners to deliver complex, value‑based solutions.
• Maintain high‑level relationships with senior customer stakeholders across diverse functions.
• Act as the first interface for international accounts, coordinating with global and local business teams.
• Implement margin recovery activities and select the appropriate supply‑chain model (direct or indirect).

Required profile

• University or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong understanding of key customer types and industry challenges.
• Proven experience in managing large enterprise accounts and delivering consultative sales.
• Ability to work both remotely and on‑site in a hybrid environment.
