职位概况

负责酒店大堂、走廊、洗手间、升降机等公共区域的清洁与维护，确保环境整洁、设施安全，为宾客提供舒适的体验。

主要职责

清洁并保养酒店所有公共区域，包括大堂、走廊、洗手间、升降机、楼梯、办公室及后勤区。
补充公共洗手间用品，如卫生纸、洗手液、毛巾等。
及时向主管报告维修问题、损坏或安全隐患。
遵循酒店清洁时间表、工作程序及安全标准，正确使用清洁化学品和设备。
快速且有礼貌地响应宾客需求，协助房务团队完成工作。
保持专业仪容仪表和礼貌的工作态度，遵守酒店政策及健康安全卫生规定。

任职要求

勤奋踏实，具备责任感和主动性。
能够接受轮班工作。

必备技能

正确使用各类清洁化学品和清洁设备。
