职位概况

作为门店关键领袖，负责带领团队提供卓越的顾客体验，监督日常运营并推动业绩达标。

主要职责

以身作则，指导并辅导门店销售团队。
通过关键绩效指标安排工作优先级，及时调整运营策略。
策划并执行本地及区域社群活动，提升品牌影响力。
管理门店开闭店流程、商品陈列及库存补货。

任职要求

具备合法的香港工作资格。
能够弹性安排工作时间并适应多地点轮岗。
具备良好的沟通、团队合作与领导能力。

必备技能

熟悉门店运营管理流程。
能够使用门店技术系统支持日常运营。
