职位概况

易寶通訊招聘銀行客戶服務主任，负责接听客户查询及投诉热线，提供专业的银行产品解答与服务。

主要职责

接听并处理银行电话客户的查询与投诉。
向客户解答银行产品相关问题。
记录并跟进客户需求，确保服务质量。

任职要求

具备高级文凭或以上学历。
流利的粤语、英语及普通话沟通能力。
熟悉中、英文电脑操作（MS Word、Excel等办公软件）。
能够熟练中文打字（速成、仓颉或拼音）。
有相关客服经验者优先。

我们提供

月薪19,000（货币单位未明确）。
夜班津贴3,000/月。
有薪年假14天。
每周五天、每日9小时工作制。
