职位概况
Hotel COZi 观塘店诚聘前堂服务员，负责为客人提供入住、退房及咨询等前台服务，营造温馨舒适的居住体验。
主要职责
- 办理客人入住、退房手续，确保流程顺畅。
- 迎接并接待客人，解答客人查询，提供礼貌专业的服务。
- 协助前台日常运营，维护前台区域整洁有序。
- 使用酒店管理系统（如Opera、Cambridge）进行客房预订及账务处理。
任职要求
- 具备良好的粤语、英语及普通话书面和口语能力。
- 持有酒店管理或相关专业文凭或证书者优先。
- 性格开朗，具备良好沟通与人际交往能力。
- 欢迎应届毕业生应聘。
必备技能
- 熟悉酒店管理系统，如Opera或Cambridge。
