职位概况
我们在香港的 LPM 餐厅与酒吧招聘酒吧主管，负责每日酒水调配与现场服务，工作时间为每周轮班制。
主要职责
- 调配酒精及非酒精饮品，制作鸡尾酒。
- 接待顾客、点单并提供小食和饮品。
- 根据顾客需求提供推荐并检查法定饮酒年龄。
- 规划并呈现酒吧菜单，补充库存，保持吧台整洁。
- 遵守食品饮料相关法规，确保优质客体验。
任职要求
- 拥有调酒师工作经验并能提供履历。
- 熟悉调酒、装饰及饮品服务流程。
- 积极的工作态度和良好的沟通能力。
- 能够保持吧台有序、库存充足并保持清洁。
- 持有相关培训证书。
必备技能
- 调酒与饮品混合技术。
- 顾客服务与沟通技巧。
