职位概况
在九龙香格里拉酒店担任咖啡厅及客房送餐助理厨师，负责备料、烹调并确保食品安全与卫生标准。
主要职责
- 按照高质量标准准备食物订单。
- 依据HACCP和ISO22000要求保持餐厅卫生。
- 根据上级指示完成其他工作任务。
任职要求
- 至少两年酒店或餐饮服务相关工作经验。
- 具备基本的食品安全及卫生知识。
- 良好的沟通、组织及团队合作能力。
必备技能
- HACCP
- ISO22000
