职位概况

负责豪华酒店及服务式公寓的日常客房维修、机电设施保养及故障处理，确保酒店运营安全顺畅。

主要职责

处理客房日常维修及保养工作。
维修、维护所有机电设备及酒店设施。
分配并指导技术员的维修任务，保证工程进度与质量。
监督外判商的维修保养工作。
与其他部门沟通协调，落实各项维修工程。

任职要求

中三以上学历或完成相关工科课程/学徒训练。
持有电业工程人员牌照“A”。
8年以上水电维修经验，熟悉冷气分体机者优先。
能接受轮班工作安排。

必备技能

机电设备维修与保养。
冷气分体机维修（优先）。
电业工程牌照“A”。
