职位概况
逸东轩是一家获米其林一星认可的中菜餐厅，现招聘团队领袖/资深侍应，负责为宾客提供卓越的用餐体验。该岗位位于香港佐敦的Eaton HK，工作环境充满艺术与文化氛围。
主要职责
- 依据酒店标准为客人提供卓越服务，确保用餐体验难忘。
- 迎接并安排客人入座，提供菜单并详细介绍菜品及饮品。
- 以专业、礼貌的方式进行餐饮服务，及时响应客人需求和特殊请求。
- 与厨房团队保持有效沟通，确保餐点准时、准确送达。
- 保持用餐区的清洁与整齐，执行上级或酒店管理指派的临时任务。
任职要求
- 拥有酒店/餐饮相关的高等文凭或大专学历。
- 至少1年高端餐饮或米其林星级餐厅工作经验，经验丰富者可担任团队领袖。
- 具备优秀的沟通与人际交往能力，对酒店服务充满热情。
- 能够在快节奏环境中保持细节关注。
必备技能
- 流利的粤语和英语沟通能力，普通话为加分项。
