负责酒店设施的水、电、冷气等设备的维修与保养，确保设备正常运行，为客人提供舒适的住宿环境。

主要职责

负责水、电、冷气及其他设施、器具的维修、定期保养与检查。
确保各项设备正常运作，及时处理故障。
