职位概况
香港红十字会诚聘兼职热线筹募大使，负责通过电话向市民介绍红十字会服务并招募每月定期捐款者。工作时间灵活，每周约12-14小时，适合在校大学生及完成再培训计划者。
主要职责
- 通过电话向公众宣传红十字会的各项服务。
- 招募并跟进每月定期捐款者，提供捐款后续服务。
- 记录通话信息并完成基本数据录入。
任职要求
- 具备会考/中学文凭试同等或以上学历。
- 有推广、电话销售或前线工作经验者优先。
- 勤奋、主动、诚恳有礼且具责任感。
- 良好的电话应对与沟通技巧。
- 懂基本电脑操作。

- 基本电脑操作
我们提供
- 为期一年的合同制工作。
- 弹性排班，周二至周六可选班次。
