Omni Merchandiser

About the role

COS, a COS group brand offering ready-to-wear and accessories, is hiring an Omni Merchandiser in its Hong Kong office. The role drives profitable growth by executing the commercial plan across online, marketplaces and retail, working with the Area Team and Digital Team. It covers stock freshness, allocation and replenishment, and ensures the best offer for customers. The position reports to the Omni Merchandising Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Drive selling performance across stores, own site and marketplaces, monitor KPIs such as sales versus target, availability, conversion and stock levels, and coordinate corrective actions with Area, Store and Digital teams
• Track trading performance across physical and digital channels, follow up on execution and availability, and escalate key risks and opportunities to the Merchandise Manager
• Manage stock levels, allocation and replenishment across stores, e-commerce and marketplaces, and oversee in-season actions to reduce overstock
• Visit stores regularly and monitor digital channels to track customer behaviour, competitor pricing, assortment, promotions and presentation
• Lead merchandising and stock execution for digital launches, campaigns and marketplace expansions, and optimise performance during ramp-up and peak periods

Required profile

• Full-time role based in the Hong Kong office, present in the office 4 days a week
• Right to live and work in Hong Kong
• Analytical ability: collecting, processing and analysing data, using statistical tools and software, and presenting findings clearly
• Business analysis: understanding business processes and recommending ways to improve efficiency
• Merchandising: product placement, inventory management and sales strategies
• Supply chain management: logistics, inventory management and supplier relations
