About the role

The Operations Associate ensures back‑of‑house efficiency, enabling the store team to focus on delivering the Louis Vuitton client experience. You will support stock, delivery and administrative processes to keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Stock management: maintain inventory, organise stock rooms, and ensure the right products are available on the sales floor.
  • Support delivery operations: prepare and replenish stock quickly and accurately.
  • Administrative duties: liaise with HR on timesheets, assist with staff planning, manage stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies, and handle cash management and expense reimbursement.
  • General store duties: participate in morning briefings, follow company policies, support Client Advisors, and uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards.
  • Maintain compliance with internal audit guidelines and brand policies.

Required profile

  • 1‑2 years of relevant experience in store operations or retail.
  • Client‑centric, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
