Operations Specialist, Managed Services

About the role

The Operations Specialist will support Protiviti's Managed Services team in Hong Kong, acting as a key liaison for contractors and internal stakeholders. This role ensures smooth candidate management, client invoicing, and vendor processes while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to support business objectives and deliver a high‑quality customer experience.
• Manage contractor queries, onboarding/off‑boarding, contract generation, background checks, and visa applications.
• Handle incoming calls, schedule candidate interviews, and coordinate CV formatting and job postings.
• Support vendor registration, RFP processes, and client invoicing/reporting.
• Communicate with clients regarding reporting, billing, quotations, and invoicing inquiries.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administration.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized with strong problem‑solving and numerical accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce (beneficial).
