Overseas GPU Server Procurement Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead the overseas sourcing and procurement of GPU servers and related infrastructure hardware. The role is based in Hong Kong and requires a strong network of reliable supply channels and deep knowledge of cross‑border transaction compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overseas sourcing and procurement of GPU servers and related hardware.
• Identify, assess and manage suppliers across OEMs, ODMs, authorized distributors, cloud providers and other compliant channels.
• Own the full procurement lifecycle: requirements alignment, RFQ, due diligence, configuration verification, negotiation, contracting, payment, logistics, customs clearance, delivery, acceptance and after‑sales support.
• Manage KYC/KYB and supplier onboarding, including corporate documentation and end‑user verification.
• Verify product configuration, serial numbers, warranty coverage and delivery capability to mitigate counterfeit or refurbished risks.
• Negotiate commercial terms such as pricing, payment structure, Incoterms, delivery milestones, warranty and liability.
• Build and maintain a reliable international supplier network with primary, alternative and emergency options.
• Track global GPU server availability, pricing, lead times and supply‑chain developments.
• Collaborate with technical, legal, finance, logistics and data‑centre teams to ensure compliant and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven overseas procurement experience in GPU servers, enterprise servers, AI/HPC hardware or data‑centre infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with KYC/KYB, supplier due diligence and cross‑border transaction documentation.
• Established network of overseas server supply channels capable of providing genuine quotations and confirming inventory.
• Strong commercial negotiation, supplier management and risk assessment capabilities.
• Working knowledge of server configurations including GPU, CPU, memory, storage and networking components.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to be based in Hong Kong and travel internationally as required.
