Paralegal

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to support our legal team in drafting, reviewing and managing a variety of legal and company secretarial documents. The role offers exposure to corporate governance, regulatory compliance and legal research in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist legal counsels in drafting, preparing and reviewing legal and company secretarial documents.
• Conduct legal research and translate legal documents as required.
• Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and corporate documentation.
• Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Provide administrative assistance to the legal department and handle ad‑hoc assignments.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Legal Studies, Law or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Relevant legal work exposure may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use Chinese word‑processing software.
