Paralegal – Legal Support for International Law Firm

About the role

We are partnering with a distinguished international law firm to hire a Paralegal who will provide essential legal support to a dynamic team of 20 professionals. Key responsibilities

• Draft and proofread legal documents under supervision.
• Conduct legal research and perform thorough conflict checks.
• Manage documentation through organized filing systems.
• Handle accurate billing processes and maintain records.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Adobe software.
• Experience with Outlook.
• Familiarity with Intapp (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Elite (advantageous).
• Familiarity with FileSite (advantageous).
