Paralegal – Multiple Law Firms (IPO, M&A, Funds, Banking)

About the role

We are partnering with several leading law firms that are seeking experienced paralegals to support a range of specialised practice areas, including compliance, initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment funds and banking. The successful candidate will be placed in the most appropriate firm based on their background and interests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist solicitors in drafting and finalising legal documents such as contracts, agreements and filing paperwork.
• Conduct legal research using statutory sources, case law and industry databases.
• Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is up‑to‑date and correctly filed.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses and court personnel as required.
• Monitor deadlines, track regulatory compliance and manage procedural timelines.
• Review and analyse contracts and other legal agreements.
• Perform administrative duties including scheduling meetings, filing documents and updating the firm’s legal database.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably within one of the listed specialisms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with solicitors and other legal staff.
