People Development Manager – Learning & Development

About the role

The Learning & Development Assistant Manager will lead the company’s talent development agenda, designing and delivering strategic programs that build capability and prepare future leaders. This senior position oversees trainee and internship pipelines, leadership development, and enterprise‑wide learning initiatives while leveraging AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute trainee and internship programs to sustain a talent pipeline aligned with workforce planning.
• Design, facilitate and deliver training programs across all levels, incorporating AI tools and digital platforms.
• Partner with Talent Management to identify high‑potential employees and create tailored development pathways.
• Define and implement the L&D strategy, using data and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong partnerships with senior management, department heads and external providers, and lead the L&D team.

Required profile

• 8–9 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organisational Development.
• Proven success in leading teams and managing enterprise‑wide learning initiatives.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
