Performance Manager / Assistant Performance Manager – Paid Media

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Manager or Assistant Performance Manager to lead and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager. Working closely with the Platform Director, you will translate strategic goals into actionable performance‑marketing plans for our clients in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage ongoing paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Platform Director to align strategy with campaign execution.
• Prepare campaign recommendations, quarterly reviews and ensure budget/KPI pacing.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends and present proactive solutions to clients.
• Maintain clean, accurate reporting and deliver insightful presentations.
• Mentor performance specialists, fostering independent decision‑making.
• Develop case studies and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of performance‑media experience, including at least 2 years in paid search or paid social.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven reporting expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Google AdWords
• Facebook Ads Manager
• Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Microsoft Excel
• Experience with DV360, SA360 or other DSP platforms (preferred)
• Knowledge of custom audience creation (first‑party and third‑party)
• Understanding of display advertising (a plus)
