Personal Banking Executive – Premier Relationship (Contact Centre & Remote)

About the role

The Personal Banking Executive – Premier Relationship role is based in Hong Kong and focuses on serving top‑tier customers through inbound calls and digital channels. You will provide high‑quality service, resolve enquiries promptly, and communicate professionally in both spoken and written form.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and deliver high‑quality service to premier customers.
• Provide clear, professional written communication via digital service channels.
• Interpret and analyse customer enquiries from voice and digital sources.
• Listen actively to understand needs and offer tailored financial products, services, and solutions.
• Achieve individual performance expectations and pursue a clear career progression path.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with ability to read and write Chinese and English.
• Strong written communication skills in both local language and English.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in Traditional Chinese.
• Computer literate and able to navigate multiple digital platforms and applications.
• Banking experience not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; licence holders (HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1‑3) may be considered for a senior role.

• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm in Traditional Chinese.
• Basic computer literacy.
