Prestige Insurance Sales Manager I

About the role

Hang Seng Bank is seeking a Prestige Insurance Sales Manager I to lead its Wealth Sales Distribution team. The role focuses on driving insurance product sales across its Prestige Banking Centres, coaching specialists and enhancing the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement advanced coaching techniques to motivate branch insurance specialists and reinforce learning.
• Provide guidance and develop tactics/strategies for insurance sales across branches.
• Monitor and improve the sales process to increase channel efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Elevate the capabilities and professionalism of the sales force.
• Manage team performance, ensuring high sales quality and adherence to risk controls.
• Maintain compliance with Group policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven retail banking experience with strong knowledge of insurance products.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Passes Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination; professional qualifications such as CFP, CFMP, QRA or CFA are an advantage.
• Customer‑centric mindset, agile working style and ability to inspire others.
