Procurement Manager – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You will be responsible for managing contracts, supporting new product development, and driving cost‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide procurement and contract administration services, including maintenance contracts.
• Organise and facilitate the full procurement cycle from tendering to award.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable business and contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with existing procurement policies and develop enhancements as needed.
• Source new products and collaborate with R&D and Marketing on product development.
• Deliver analytical support on procurement data and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in purchasing, procurement, supply management, business management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of solid procurement experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in English and Chinese.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP (or similar) proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Chinese language processing capability.
