Project Manager – Change & Delivery

About the role

Bullish is seeking a pragmatic and curious Project Manager to join its Change & Delivery team in Hong Kong. The role will coordinate cross‑functional project execution, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure delivery milestones are met in a regulated digital‑asset environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive project delivery across workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and risks are escalated early.
• Engage with stakeholders and product management to refine business requirements, identify gaps and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts such as status reports, RAID logs, decision registers and senior‑leadership communications.
• Facilitate working sessions, stand‑ups and steering committees with cross‑functional teams to keep momentum and alignment.
• Support business analysis activities: map current‑state processes, define target workflows and translate needs into clear specifications for technology teams.
• Track dependencies, resource constraints and competing priorities across concurrent initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of scalable project‑management frameworks, templates and governance practices.
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams, building a strong understanding of both sides.
