Project Manager – Data Center Development

About the role

BDx is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of data centre development and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and design through construction, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, execution plans and performance standards in line with company policies.
• Manage change orders, evaluate approvals and implement modifications promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, logs and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor construction progress, enforce safety and quality requirements, and control costs.
• Identify risks and issues, apply corrective actions and escalate critical matters.
• Represent BDx in project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and update detailed schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Oversee procurement, delivery and installation of equipment and services.
