Project Manager – Enterprise Integrations

About the role

As a Project Manager at Alpaca, you will coordinate enterprise integrations of our brokerage APIs, guiding customers from conception to launch while aligning technical teams, managing timelines, and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project management for enterprise launches using Alpaca’s brokerage APIs (equities, crypto, options, etc.).
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (BD, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, customer success) to resolve issues and align resources.
• Facilitate weekly partner check‑ins, drive action items, and ensure progress toward key deliverables.
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partner stakeholders.
• Help partners navigate onboarding requirements such as KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosures.
• Document processes and continuously improve onboarding frameworks to scale future integrations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of enterprise‑level business project management experience with strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work with customers around the world.
• Interest in FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications.
