Recruitment Consultant – Accounting & Finance

About the role

Robert Half International, founded in 1948 and a specialist recruiter for accounting, finance and IT professionals, is hiring Recruitment Consultants for its Hong Kong office's Commerce & Industry desk, which specialises in Finance & Accounting contracting. The desk is described as one of the company's most mature and well-established.

Key responsibilities

• Attract, select and assign candidates, building on referrals
• Develop strategies to recruit high-calibre candidates for clients
• Consult candidates on the marketplace, trends and salaries
• Interview candidates face to face, validate profiles and carry out reference checks
• Achieve sales results by generating clients through business relationships, sales calls, client visits, referrals, networking and cross-selling
• Place candidates successfully for organisations
• Manage the job-filling process so that the expectations of candidates and clients are met
