Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are expanding our Banking, Technology and Insurance teams in Hong Kong and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing practice. You will work with leading multinational clients across APAC, building world‑class talent pipelines and delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Source mid‑senior candidates in banking, technology and insurance through cold‑calling, LinkedIn outreach and networking.
• Manage the full interview cycle – schedule interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers and close placements.
• Develop new business by meeting prospective clients, presenting market insights and establishing long‑term relationships.
• Build and nurture a network of senior managers, directors and CEOs at MNCs and Fortune 500 firms.
• Leverage Gravitas mentorship, training and support to grow your own recruitment practice.

Required profile

• Native Cantonese speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Prior sales experience (part‑time or full‑time); recruitment experience is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and able to thrive under pressure.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on results.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, resilient and hardworking.
