About the role

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Researcher to drive mid‑to‑executive level search mandates across the APAC region. You will leverage existing warm corporate relationships, build a powerful personal brand, and own your desk as a business‑within‑a‑business.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage warm corporate relationships across APAC to execute mid‑to‑executive level search assignments.
• Develop and scale your personal brand online and offline to attract inbound clients and candidates.
• Identify, structure, and capture creative business opportunities within the financial services and technology ecosystems.
• Own the end‑to‑end desk operation, focusing on long‑term industry presence and revenue generation.

Required profile

• Established professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Desire to transition from a corporate billing model to an equity‑owner approach.
• Strong internal drive to meet high performance standards.
• Experience or interest in financial services and technology sectors.
