Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead internal hiring initiatives across the organization. In this role you will partner closely with department heads to understand their talent needs and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to define hiring requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Utilize multiple recruiting channels and tools to source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting ads to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, generate reports, and present insights to the HR Manager.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in corporate recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proven track record in sourcing diverse talent.
