About the role
The Residential Foreman will oversee routine repair and maintenance of MTR Corporation’s managed residential properties, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine repair and maintenance on residential properties.
- Monitor contractors’ and workers’ performance for central air‑conditioning, automatic control, water supply and drainage, fire protection, electrical and mechanical equipment, and control circuits.
- Coordinate work schedules and commissioning with relevant units to meet corporate safety requirements.
- Handle related documentation and respond to emergency repairs as needed.
Required profile
- Craft Certificate or relevant engineering discipline certification.
- Minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience.
