Job description

About the role

The Residential Foreman will oversee routine repair and maintenance of MTR Corporation’s managed residential properties, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Perform routine repair and maintenance on residential properties.
Monitor contractors’ and workers’ performance for central air‑conditioning, automatic control, water supply and drainage, fire protection, electrical and mechanical equipment, and control circuits.
Coordinate work schedules and commissioning with relevant units to meet corporate safety requirements.
Handle related documentation and respond to emergency repairs as needed.

Required profile

Craft Certificate or relevant engineering discipline certification.
Minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience.
