Retail Creative Producer (1-year Contract)

About the role

CASETiFY is looking for a proactive Producer to lead retail‑creative projects, from concept through build‑out, across pop‑ups and brand activations worldwide. You will work closely with design, retail operations and external vendors to deliver high‑impact physical experiences on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project and production timelines, including Monday.com boards and all related documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, logistics partners and venue managers from brief to delivery.
• Track artwork approvals, sampling, production stages, quality checks, packing, shipping and final installation.
• Manage technical specifications, budgets, purchase orders and sign‑off records with precision.
• Identify risks or scheduling conflicts early and propose clear, actionable solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management or Creative Production.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, event production or product development in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for spatial and technical detail.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, sampling cycles and global logistics.
