Retail Training & Performance Manager (Luxury Wellness Brand)

About the role

Join a premium luxury fragrance and wellbeing brand as the Retail Training & Performance Manager. You will bridge global strategy and local execution, building retail capability across multiple Asian markets while driving measurable store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global retail training and performance strategy, including capability building, training frameworks, and playbooks.
• Design and deliver train‑the‑trainer programs and in‑store coaching to improve sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and customer experience.
• Measure performance, set KPIs, and use data to drive continuous improvement across markets.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, HR and Commercial teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Coach Store Managers and retail leaders, support talent development and succession planning.

Required profile

• Strong retail background – experience in sales, store operations, field performance or training.
• Performance‑driven and comfortable coaching teams on the shop floor.
• Ability to translate global strategy into local execution across diverse markets.
• Mandarin speaker required; Cantonese highly valued.
• Early‑career professional seeking a next step, not a senior L&D specialist.
• Sensitivity to a predominantly female frontline workforce.
