Sales Advisor - COS Pacific Place, Admiralty

About the role

COS, a ready-to-wear and accessories brand known for quality, design and an elevated aesthetic, is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor at its Pacific Place store in Admiralty, Hong Kong. As Sales Advisor you are the friendly face of the brand, greeting customers and providing high-level service from the cash desk and fitting rooms to the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping journey with warm, proactive service
• Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

• Customer-focused, adaptable and action-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and a brand enthusiast
• Able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail experience and understanding of store operations and customer service are preferable but not mandatory

Required skills

• Confidence in advising customers on fashion trends, materials and sizing
• Familiarity with fabrics is a plus
