Sales Advisor - Queen's Road Central

About the role

COS, a ready-to-wear and accessories brand within H&M Group, is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor at its Queen's Road Central store. As the friendly face of the brand, you will welcome customers and deliver high-level service from greeting them to helping at the cash desk, in the fitting rooms and across the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with customers and assist them at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding customers and matching their expectations
• Proactive and curious, seeking ways to improve everyday processes
• Honest, genuine, communicative, positive and open-minded
• Interested in fashion and trends, willing to learn and adapt, and collaborative and inclusive
• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have but not mandatory
