Sales Manager, Investment

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Sales Manager, Investment to join its Wealth Team, part of the People & Investments business. The role is based in Hong Kong and focuses on growing revenues and clients from targeted segments within the corporate and institutional investment community.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth in revenues and clients from targeted segments.
• Build relationships and support pipeline management and the sales process for internally and externally generated activities.
• Work with the existing team to execute the sales strategy.
• Raise awareness of the company's investment capabilities and generate opportunities within the corporate and institutional investment community.
• Educate internal stakeholders on client needs and provide feedback on industry trends and market intelligence.
• Prepare articles and marketing materials for client meetings, roadshows and client events.
• Identify topical issues for clients and help develop a company point of view.
• Support client events and roadshows, and carry out other ad-hoc business development tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in investment management or the consulting industry.
• Strong spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Ability to build solid working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
• Agile problem solver who works autonomously to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly disciplined, proactive and results-driven.
