Search Engine Optimization Consultant

About the role

The Search Engine Optimization Consultant will join A Bit Digital Limited’s Hong Kong office to drive organic growth for a diverse client portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on data‑driven SEO strategies, from audit to implementation, ensuring measurable improvements in search visibility and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to uncover technical issues and optimization opportunities.
• Perform in‑depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Analyze web analytics data (Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance and inform strategy.
• Develop and execute ethical link‑building and outreach campaigns.
• Optimize on‑page elements, site architecture, metadata, page speed, mobile experience, and schema markup.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO initiatives with broader campaigns.
• Monitor rankings, prepare performance reports, and stay updated on algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
