Senior AI Product Analyst

About the role

Capco is seeking a Senior AI Product Analyst to support a leading corporate and investment bank in designing and delivering an LLM‑based productivity tool used by over 200,000 colleagues. The role sits within the Data and AI practice, driving AI transformation initiatives for top‑tier financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering an in‑house LLM productivity tool.
• Contribute to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning.
• Gather user insights, analyse metrics, conduct research, and track changes in user behaviour to refine product features.
• Work closely with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback, support adoption, and ensure the product meets market and user expectations.

Required profile

• At least 3 years' experience in financial services and/or consulting.
• Experience supporting product development or product ownership with a solid understanding of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative, able to operate with limited guidance in a fast‑changing environment.
• Adaptable to evolving technical and risk requirements and capable of collaborating across diverse teams.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles.
• Familiarity with large‑scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
