Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead design excellence across multiple projects, acting as the primary liaison with clients and external consultants. The role involves overseeing the architectural team, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and ensuring delivery of high‑quality, innovative solutions that align with 10 Design’s philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret, confirm and document client briefs, ensuring they are reflected throughout the design process.
• Coordinate architecture, landscape, 3D visualisation, MEP and interior design disciplines to maintain design quality.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Manage and mentor the architectural team, allocating tasks across concurrent projects.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets and statutory requirements, ensuring smooth hand‑over between design, construction and post‑contract phases.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and adhere to company IMS and EPF manuals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading architectural design teams on complex, multicultural projects.
• Strong understanding of integrated design processes and ability to manage change.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to deliver innovative, high‑quality design solutions on time and within budget.

Required skills

• Architectural design coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements in architecture.
