Senior Brand Controller

About the role

The Senior Brand Controller will act as a key finance partner for Cartier’s operations in Hong Kong and Macau, driving financial management, planning and analysis to support brand objectives and regional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Develop detailed financial models, P&L analyses and cash‑flow projections to underpin business initiatives.
• Provide financial advisory to local management and commercial teams, evaluating project viability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional finance, marketing, retail and operations teams to ensure consistent reporting and alignment.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards and presentations for local and regional stakeholders.
• Analyse profitability by product, boutique, channel and expense category to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely, accurate submission of financial data in line with Richemont Group policies, IFRS and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or controlling, preferably in luxury retail or multinational environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and financial planning tools like Anaplan.
• Proficiency in data‑visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
