Senior Full‑Stack Back‑Office Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Back‑Office Engineer to own and evolve our B2B platform that powers partner operations. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will design, develop, and maintain dashboards, admin panels, and reporting tools used daily by partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the full‑stack back‑office platform, including partner dashboards and internal tools.
• Develop game performance reporting systems that provide clear visibility into metrics, player activity, and revenue.
• Create audit and compliance tooling to support regulatory reviews.
• Build fraud analysis and monitoring solutions to detect anomalous activity.
• Implement interfaces for partners to configure game parameters, promotions, and live‑ops settings.
• Design and integrate APIs that connect the platform to backend services and data stores.
• Leverage AI‑augmented development practices to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Maintain high code quality through PR reviews, automated testing, and documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building full‑stack web applications, especially data‑heavy dashboards or admin tools.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to think from both partner and internal user perspectives.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic, startup‑like environment and defining your own roadmap.
• Willingness to mentor junior engineers and contribute to hiring as the team grows.

Required skills

• Modern front‑end frameworks: Vue, React
• TypeScript for both front‑end and back‑end development
• Node.js for API and service implementation
• Experience with C# or Python (optional but beneficial)
