Senior Health Representative – Oncology

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Health Representative specialized in oncology to drive sales activities across assigned accounts and regions. The role involves promoting Pfizer’s oncology products, delivering pre‑ and post‑sale support, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote oncology medical products to current and potential clients in both hospital and private sectors.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets for the product line.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, medical and pharmaceutical professionals.
• Organize conferences, meetings and product information sessions for doctors and para‑medical staff.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager, other sales teams and related departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan work schedules, weekly timetables and regularly attend company meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
