About the role
Join Pfizer's Medical Affairs team as a Pharmacy Intern and support the development of scientific insights that improve patient outcomes. Over a six‑month period you will rotate through key functional areas, gaining hands‑on experience in regulatory affairs, medical information, quality assurance, drug safety, and sales & marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide medical input and support to various medical and commercial functional groups on disease areas and products.
- Review promotional materials to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and deliver training on disease management, drug products, and competitor landscapes.
- Complete rotations: Regulatory Affairs (6 weeks), Medical Information (1 week), Quality Assurance (1 week + 0.5 day warehouse visit), Drug Safety Unit (1 week), Sales & Marketing (1 week), with optional exposure to Medical Compliance and Clinical Research.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and highly motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
- Prior knowledge of local regulatory environment is desirable.
