Senior Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Executive will act as a one‑stop HR service provider for line management, supporting recruitment, benefits administration and staff case management. The role also serves as a business partner, advising managers on manpower planning and change implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑stop quality HR services to line management on recruitment, benefits administration and staff case management.
• Perform a business‑partner role to advise line managers on manpower resourcing and staff deployment for smooth change programmes.
• Support policy formulation, review and implementation to ensure statutory compliance and corporate governance.
• Prepare statistics and reports for management review and decision‑making.
• Undertake HR projects and transformation initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience.
• Sound knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work proactively and independently under tight schedules.
