Senior Manager – Data Management

About the role

Our client, a leading multinational in the commercial sector, is embarking on a data transformation journey to boost decision‑making through enterprise analytics. They are looking for a Senior Manager – Data Management to shape data strategy, governance and Power BI adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise‑wide data management and governance strategies.
• Drive Power BI adoption, building self‑service dashboards and enhancing reporting capabilities for all business functions.
• Define data standards, KPI frameworks and reporting best practices.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, accessibility and governance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and identify analytics opportunities.
• Act as the bridge between business units and the data team, managing expectations and resolving delivery gaps.
• Oversee data integration and reporting solutions across ERP, HRIS, finance, sales/order management and inventory/warehouse systems.
• Support digital transformation and business performance initiatives through data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data management, business intelligence, data analytics or data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business users.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Hong Kong work rights preferred.
