Senior Manager, IT Audit

About the role

The Shangri-La Group is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Audit to lead and enhance its technology audit function across a global portfolio of hotels and resorts. You will shape data‑driven audit programs, provide strategic insights, and ensure robust governance of IT risks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the annual IT audit plan and refine audit scope using data analytics.
• Lead the creation of standards for ongoing data‑analytics use within Group Internal Audit.
• Design, implement and manage data‑driven audit programs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that communicate audit insights to stakeholders.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using Excel, SQL or Python.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and anomalies for risk assessments and audit projects.
• Lead or execute audit engagements, ensuring deliverables meet internal audit standards.
• Manage internal and external IT audit professionals to achieve timely audit plan completion.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in IT audit and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead audit projects and manage audit teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk assessment.
