Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager to join EternityX’s regional marketing team. You will lead end‑to‑end campaigns, use AI and CRM tools to drive growth, and strengthen our brand presence across multiple Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns, PR events, workshops and talks.
• Manage digital channels including SEM, LinkedIn, social media and SEO.
• Analyse website traffic and performance metrics with Google Analytics and internal dashboards, delivering actionable insights.
• Generate leads and support the sales team using HubSpot CRM.
• Leverage AI tools for analytics, content creation and workflow automation (e.g., n8n).
• Collaborate with the design team to produce regional marketing assets and bilingual (English‑Mandarin) collateral.
• Prepare industry award submissions and stay updated on market trends.
• Provide day‑to‑day marketing operations support and occasional travel as required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, communications or digital advertising.
• Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, PR, Media, Communications or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, organized and quick learner.
